Удаление аккаунта и данных

В приложении (мгновенно)

Откройте «Дурак дома» и нажмите шестерёнку «Настройки» в главном меню.
Прокрутите вниз и нажмите «Удалить аккаунт и данные».
Подтвердите «Удалить навсегда».

Онлайн-аккаунт удаляется с сервера сразу, а профиль, статистика и достижения на устройстве сбрасываются.

Без приложения (по почте)

Напишите на support@durakhomem.ks.ua с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите код друга из приложения (Онлайн → «Мой код друга») или имя игрока. Мы удалим данные в течение 7 дней и ответим на письмо.

Что удаляется

Анонимный аккаунт и его ключ, имя игрока и персонаж.
Друзья, заявки в друзья и список заблокированных.
Статистика; в истории партий ваш идентификатор заменяется на «удалён».
Цитаты ваших сообщений в жалобах.

Резервные копии базы хранятся не дольше 14 дней. Покупки (если появятся в будущих версиях) остаются привязаны к вашему аккаунту Google Play и восстанавливаются через магазин.

Delete your account and data

In the app (instant)

Open “Durak at Home” and tap the Settings gear in the main menu.
Scroll down and tap “Delete account & data”.
Confirm “Delete forever”.

Your online account is deleted from the server immediately and the profile, stats and achievements on the device are reset.

Without the app (by email)

Email support@durakhomem.ks.ua with the subject “Account deletion” and include your friend code from the app (Online → “My friend code”) or your player name. We delete the data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account and its key, player name and character.
Friends, friend requests and blocked players.
Statistics; in game history your ID is replaced with “deleted”.
Quotes of your messages in reports.

Database backups are kept for no longer than 14 days. Purchases (if offered in future versions) stay linked to your Google Play account and can be restored through the store.
